Mission Statement: The Board Annual Business Meeting Planning Committee (BABMPC) is a task-oriented, deadline-driven work group committed to executing specific responsibilities efficiently and collaboratively. Unlike a traditional Board of Trustees (BOT) committee, which formulates policy, the BABMPC focuses on action and implementation to meet deadlines for the Annual Business Conference/Meeting (ABC/M).

To ensure effective decision-making, the BABMPC includes the following designated roles:
The BABMPC Chair (chosen by the BOT)
The BOT Chair
The F.W.S. IT Contractor/Webmaster
The F.W.S. General Manager/Executive Director
The Conference Charter Committee (CCC) Chair
A second CCC Member (chosen by the CCC)
Designated representatives from the Board Finance Committee (BFC), Board Technology Committee (BTC), Conference Finance Committee (CFC), and Local Planning Committee (LPC)

The BABMPC maintains structured practices to uphold productivity. The committee determines attendance and observation on a case by case, meeting-by-meeting basis. Non-BABMPC attendees, including other BOT members, may attend only with prior committee approval, and they may speak only with committee permission. By adhering to these principles, the BABMPC fosters transparency, collaboration, and efficiency.
