Hello to our Fellows worldwide!
While it is unseasonably cool right now in South Texas (especially for May, when we normally are headed to the beach), the wildflowers are blooming everywhere. Whole fields awash in yellow, orange, red, blue, purple, and pink are always a comforting reminder to me that all life can—and does!—find a way to renew after months of adverse conditions.
In case you have not yet heard, we have a new book! A Framework for Living is selling like the proverbial hotcakes, in both print and digital formats. Run, don’t walk, to get your copy today on the F.W.S. Store website!
Speaking of spring “renewals,” please do not forget to renew your subscription to The Journal, our “meeting in print.” Likewise, this is a good time to review (and restart, if it has lapsed) your recurring contribution to F.W.S. We often receive calls or emails asking why the expected monthly contribution has not yet been processed, only to discover that the member’s credit card or banking information has changed. So please help us to help you by doing a periodic check to ensure your billing information is current. Each and every contribution, no matter the frequency or the amount, is a gift that helps us “keep the lights on” and serve our members around the world. We are truly grateful for your support.
Planning for the 2026 ABC/M is in full swing, and registration is now open on the F.W.S. website. A limited number of delegate scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please do not wait until the last minute to apply if your Intergroup needs financial assistance to send a delegate. The earlier we have everyone registered for ABC/M, the better we will be able to provide an enriching experience for our attendees.
