The Board of Trustees wishes to inform the Fellowship that legal action involving the Fellowship-Wide Services (F.W.S.) office and the New York Intergroup as co-defendants, has been dismissed by the court. This concludes the litigation at the trial court level, subject to any rights the parties may have under applicable law.
Throughout this process, the Board has remained committed to protecting the Fellowship’s resources, supporting our trusted servants, and allowing the legal process to proceed without public commentary on the merits of the case.
We recognize that this matter has been of interest and concern to many members. We appreciate the patience, respect, and continued focus on our primary purpose shown by members throughout this process.
